A lovely relaxing villa
Name:My son and now daughter-in-law stayed there the week of their wedding. Its a beautiful villa with separate sections for bedrooms making it a bit more private. There is a pool as you enter and a hot tub on the roof. There is a great view of the sun setting from the roof. A lovely relaxing villa

Fabulous property
Name:Fabulous property located within walking distance (30 mins) or short drive into Coral Bay area. The property is immaculate, located on a quiet estate of similar properties in a residential area. Hot tub on the roof and our family holiday tradition this year was to watch the stunning sunset's over the Ocean before heading out to dinner. Lots of great bars and restaurants which we walked to early evening and then got a €10 taxi back, Our host was extremely helpful and accommodating during our stay. Name:De villa en tuin met zwembad zijn heel mooi en luxueus ingericht. Er is genoeg ruimte voor 4 stellen. Er zijn zowel binnen als buiten gezellige zitplaatsen aan grote tafels en bij zwembad 8 comfortabele ligbedden met parasol. Parasol was bij aankomst stuk, maar werd snel vervangen door nieuwe. Top. The villa and garden with swimming pool are very beautiful and luxuriously furnished. There is enough space for 4 couples. There are cozy seats at large tables both inside and outside and 8 comfortable sunbeds with a parasol by the pool. Parasol was broken on arrival, but was quickly replaced with new ones. Top.

Name:Fantastic stay at Villa 9 - Everything was clean and well maintained, kitchen had all we needed, we paid the extra fee for the jacuzzi and enjoyed sunset while soaking on the roof. Location was good, a 25 minute walk to the beach was fine for adults, full supermarket nearby as well as the Coral Bay Main Road strip of restaurants. Not too far a drive into Paphos town or airport, but you do need a car for this villa to make sense. In November we didn't need any aircon or heat, but the water heater switch provided endless hot water for showers. Communication was excellent by the hosts. Overall would happily recommend.

Name:We had a fantastic week at Coral Elite Residence at the start of May. Upon arrival we realized there was only 1 travel cot and 1 high chair when 2 had been agreed prior to our arrival. Within 20 mins of the Tuesday morning (we arrived late Monday night) and us notifying the hosts, we had both arrive in the villa. Absolutely fantastic and rapid response. The villa was as beautiful as the pictures show, lovely and private but still only a 15 minute walk to supermarket, shops and the beach. Definitely recommend trying the ice cream man who came past the villa daily, absolutely delicious! Elena also sorted out a taxi on arrival for us and a late checkout which was extremely helpful with the timing of our flight. Everything felt effortless which allowed us to completely relax and have a great time. Would highly recommend!

lovely villa
Name:Lovely villa - just like the photos. We chose not to have a car and it was ok for us. A bit of a walk to the main area of restaurants (20 mins) with lots of bits of roads without pavements, but we always felt safe. Big supermarket 15 mins walk provided a taxi service home. Was 'free' but a tip always appreciated. Neo's just up the road was a great place to eat, with entertainment at weekends. Villa itself was clean and spacious with a lovely pool. There were little things that could've made it better, but nothing major. Apart from basic loo roll there was nothing 'consumable' provided - which is fine, if you know that in advance. Would have also been good to have some nice plastic glasses for the outside area - especially with kids.

Excellent Boutique/Modern style villa.
Name:Excellent Boutique/Modern style villa. Large living room and bedrooms with walk in showers. Excellent pool and sitting area with views to the sea. TV has every English channels including Sky and BT sports all at no extra cost. Probably recommend a car unless you like a slow 20 minute walk to Coral Bay and restaurants.

Amazing villa with great views and a lot of space!
Name:Amazing villa with great views and a lot of space! Good sized bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms and perfect location! Quiet and secluded street meant for a peaceful stay. Neo’s sports bar provided a great local, cheap lunch option with the supermarket and “strip” just a 20 min walk away too. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely villas
Name:Lovely villas, very modern and loved the private pool. Our family booked 4 of these villas and it was lovely for all of us to be together, a short walk (15-20mins) to coral bay and taxis were always available. Locals all extremely friendly.

Name:+Excellent location, staff we’re fantastic from the moment we first enquired about the property to resolving an issue while we were at the villa. -Nothing, everything was perfect, great facilities, weather and our neighbours in the adjacent villa’s were all great. Name:Beautiful property which was spacious and had a super swimming pool. The roof top terrace provided a super view over the Coral Bay area. It was slightly too far to walk to the local shop or public transport so it was necessary to hire a car.

Name:Понравилось всё - достаточно большая вилла для отдыха 2 семей. Хороший бассейн. Так как все рестораны и кафе закрыты в связи с ковидом, пришлось готовить еду самостоятельно. Для этого на кухне было все необходимое, посуда, кастрюли и все кухонные принадлежности. Μου άρεσαν τα πάντα - μια αρκετά μεγάλη βίλα για 2 οικογένειες. Ωραία πισίνα. Δεδομένου ότι όλα τα εστιατόρια και οι καφετέριες είναι κλειστά λόγω του covid, έπρεπε να μαγειρέψω το δικό μου φαγητό. Για αυτό, η κουζίνα είχε όλα όσα χρειάζονταν, πιάτα, γλάστρες και όλα τα μαγειρικά σκεύη.

Beautiful modern villa, definitely recommend!
Name:This villa has been built in a modern way, in a way to enjoy every room. The rooms are a boutique style and contain everything you need. The area where the villa is, is located is quiet but close to the main centre so not far from restaurants. I will definitely stay here again when next visiting Cyprus.
