Terms & Conditions on Coral elite residences
- A reservation is valid and confirmed once the payment is done by the Visitor and is accepted by our agency. A confirmation email will always be sent to the Visitor.
- All holiday villas have a minimum stay of 7 nights. For a booking for less than 7 nights do contact us for availability.
- No parties or events are allowed at the villas without the prior consent of Coral elite residences.
- No pets are allowed.
- No Extra guests are allowed. The number of persons occupying the property must not exceed the number agreed at the time of the booking. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the entire party if this condition is not respected or evict the guests from the villas if the number of persons occupying the property exceeds the stated maximum amount at any time.
- Arrival and Departure: Arrival time: from: 3:00 pm
Departure time: 11:00 am
Failure to vacate all or part of the property by the requested time may result in further charges.
Prior to your arrival you will be given details of accessing the villas and directions of arrival.
Bookings at Coral elite residences are accommodated upon calendar availability. All 4 coral elite residences are identical and accommodations can be at either villa 9, 10, 11, or 12 depending on calendar availability.
Entry to the villas:
Once you have a set time of arrival, you will need to get in touch to let us know when you are estimated to arrive at the villa. We will then be met and welcome you at the property by a member of our group and show you the property and everything there is to know about the villa. In case you are arriving late at night we will then come and visit you next morning.
Security Deposit - Coral elite residences require security deposit guarantee of 300 euro which is paid at arrival by card and is fully refundable at departure after a checkout of the villa for any damages.
Additional Charges: The use of hot tub jacuzzi is charged extra 150 euro per week and is preferable to be pre-booked. This amount is payable at arrival.
Payment
- A deposit equal to 30% of the total rental cost is required to be paid at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. A confirmation email will be sent to the visitor/guest once deposit payment is accepted.
- The remaining amount is payable 2 months before arrival. This amount is payable automatically from the system 2 months before arrival date from the same card details the deposit was paid and no action is required to be done by the guest. If the remaining amount is not payable on the requested date: 2 months before the arrival date, a reminder email is sent to the guest and if no payment is accepted then the booking is automatically cancelled and there is no refund of any amount paid.
Please Note: For bookings made within 2 months of the booking start date, payment in full is required.

- Cancellation Policy:
- All cancellations must be made in writing/ by email at: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . Cancellation takes effect on the day we receive your email/notice. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Please ensure that you have received written confirmation by email from our agency on your cancellation.
-In the event of a cancellation or a no show of the guest, there is no refund of any amount paid. Amendment of a booking is not possible.
-In the event of the remaining amount of a booking is not payable on the requested date, (2 months before the arrival date) then the booking is automatically cancelled and there is no refund of any amount paid nor the option of amending your booking.
If you cancel your booking or not be able to complete the full payment of your booking, the following cancellation charges apply:
- More than 60 days prior to arrival= loss of deposit
- Less than 60 days prior arrival= loss of total amount
Liability and Insurance:
We highly recommend having travel insurance before making a booking in order to able to claim from your insurance company in case of cancellation from your behalf for any reason.
- We do not accept liability for any personal injury, loss of life, damage, loss or accident to personal property. Visitors are advised to ensure their own insurance covers any loss or damage to personal property during their stay and to ensure personal and travel insurance is taken out.
If we change or cancel your holiday
It is very unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your accommodation arrangements. However, if we are forced to cancel your booking for reasons outside our control, we will offer you alternative comparable accommodation at no extra cost to you. If we are not able to provide a suitable replacement property, we will refund in full any sums already paid by you in respect of the accommodation. If the alternative villa we will offer to you does not meet your criteria, we will refund you of any amount paid. There are no further circumstances for which Coral elite residences will be liable for a refund.
Prices
We reserve the right to amend advertised prices at any time. We also reserve the right to correct errors in both advertised and confirmed prices. Special note: changes and errors sometimes occur. You must check the price of your chosen arrangements at the time of booking.
By making a booking with us, you agree that:
a. have read our Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them;
b. are over 18 years of age and when placing an order for services with age restrictions you declare that you and all members of your party are of the appropriate age to purchase those services
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions and the provision of our services shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Cyprus. In the event of any claim and or dispute arising out of these terms and conditions and or our services shall be exclusively submitted to the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
